{"id":25,"date":"2018-11-19T10:28:01","date_gmt":"2018-11-19T10:28:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/demo.themeisle.com\/neve-lawyers\/?p=25"},"modified":"2024-11-25T15:37:07","modified_gmt":"2024-11-25T15:37:07","slug":"fashion-law","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aport.pt\/jfc\/fashion-law\/","title":{"rendered":"Fashion Law LLM"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 id=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-heading-6f2abf4d\" class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-heading wp-block-themeisle-blocks-advanced-heading-6f2abf4d\"><strong>LLM in Fashion Law<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>LLM students in the Fashion Law program&nbsp;will&nbsp;study with the most distinguished faculty in the discipline, including both academics and industry insiders\u2014in New York City, a capital of the world\u2019s fashion industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will explore what we\u2019ve defined as the four pillars of fashion law:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Intellectual property<\/li><li>Business and finance, including areas such as investment, employment law, and real estate<\/li><li>International trade and government regulation, including sustainability, privacy, and issues related to wearable technology<\/li><li>Consumer culture and civil rights<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The LLM program strives to ensure that there is a wide range of courses available in the evening in each of our LLM areas of specialization, and to ensure that students will be able to meet their program requirements within their desired time frame for completion. However, it would be impossible to ensure that any specific course will be offered at a time that is convenient to all students. We encourage you to look at the schedules from past semesters, available on the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fordham.edu\/info\/21167\/class_schedules\">registrar\u2019s website<\/a>, to get a sense of what courses may be offered in the future (noting, of course, that the schedule varies from one semester to the next).
